Screening Policy
In the world we live in, there are a rare few people who may not have good intentions. Due to this, I require a telephone screening process before making your first appointment. This is to keep the home that I work out of, a safe haven, not only for myself and family, but for all of my current and future clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
If you need to reschedule if you are not feeling well, I understand and request for you to please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule so as not to incur the cancellation fee.
I charge a 50% cancellation fee if it is within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
No-shows
I charge a 50% fee for any no-shows on a scheduled appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
