Which therapy is right for you? Good question! Much depends on what goal you have in mind. Here is a very brief description of each type of therapy.
What does Bowen do? Bowen Therapy signals your body's core self-healing power to bring you back into balance. If one part of the body is imbalanced, then the whole body's balance is disturbed. Bowen rebalances the body with gentle stimulating activations that support the body and bring it back into equilibrium. A deep sense of relaxation can come over a person during a Bowen session. When the autonomic (involuntary) nervous system calms down, the body can work in peace to find its balance and start healing.
What is Raindrop? Raindrop Therapy integrates massage, using the power of 9 Young Living essential oils in bringing the body into structual and electrical alignment. Raindrop Technique is a powerful tool for a healthy body.
Swedish Massage helps to relax away tired, sore muscles and manage the every day damaging effects of stress. Plus, it just feels so good!

Which one do I prefer? Bowen is my first love. It's my go-to therapy for when I have any thing out of whack. Raindrop is perfect for seasonal changes and getting an infection under control. Massage just makes my day. I love each one of these therapies and suggest you try them all at least once.
